Today I got a book from my father. The title is Inferno and it is a collection of photos by James Nachtwey, the war photographer. It is a pretty ordinary book sizewise, but the weight of the content managed to push me down into my shoes completely. Never have I felt so sad, so hopelessly lost, and in the same time so damn fortunate to be where I am in life. The photos Nachtwey has chosen are soulripping, spinechilling, mindcrushing, just so extremely depressing. I seriously do not think I will ever forget this book, and that tomorrow I will wake up with a new appreciation for being able to sleep in a bed, to eat breakfast, and to go outside for a walk. I seriously urge you guys to have a peek if you get the opportunity, even though I can not really say it will be a very positive experience. I can't honestly say what good it will do you but hopefully it will help the people depicted in the book in the long run.

Gyms are bad for you. I went to one today for the first time in years. Now I can't walk or lift my arms. STAY AWAY FROM GYMS!

First time in the diner for me. Looks like there are quite a bunch of tasty dishes lined up for ones culinary cravings. I have to say it is great to see some old friends' faces among to crowd too!
