I woke up because it somehow got too cold in my room this
morning. Probably about 6C outside at 8am (and my bed is
right next to the window), which isn't particularly bad
except that I didn't have the heater on. Fortunately, the
temperature eventually increased enough for me to fall back
asleep.

Here's to winter.

I've a ten page paper due in twenty-five and a half hours.
Taking away eight hours for sleep, an hour for dragging
myself out of bed, an hour for meals, two hours for my
environmental economics final and two hours for work, I have
12 hours left to write eight more pages.

But if procrastination is added to the equation, I'm already
out of time. Oh shit.

It's 6:45 AM. In fifteen minutes I'm heading off to Ashland
for a play. That's 300 miles away from here, and after the
play we're coming right back. It will be fun, honest.

Plus, it's free food and a free ticket to MacBeth. I can't
argue with that price.

Today I learned that making fun of sorority members is even
more amusing than it should be, because when threatened they
seem to revert to the elementary school level and recruit
their older siblings to fight back for them.

Which is especially silly when you realize that this whole
matter stems from someone who knows absolutely nothing about
writing E-mail. Something tells me that if I'm ever
murdered, it will be directly related to the campus mailing
list.

I think the batteries in my mouse are finally dying. But
that's not a problem this time, because the last time I
replaced them was March 16. The Sony ones I bought from the
bookstore work quite a bit better than the Duracell ones I
used last semester. Except that the mouse just now seems to
have died, and I doubt I'll be able to get batteries until
tomorrow. Oh, crap.
