smax: I would disagree with you about your wedding observation. Our wedding was very definitely for/about both of us, and it was also for our families (by that I mean that some decisions were made purely for the families' sakes).

blvd: thanks for reminding me about retroactive prayer -- I love that... and I had totally forgotten it. That's such an Ake thing.

Love and miss you all...

I suspect this is probably true for any easily cutting-propagated plants such as pothos, aloe vera, spider plant, jade, or philodendron. Pretty interesting.

You'll do great. Just do whatever you need to not snap -- the pressure on a test like this is enormous... keeping your cool at this point is probably your best bet! Steel compression and tension sounds interesting!

Hey turk, I was also realizing that I still have to this day "Devil's Backbone" (a.k.a Mother of Thousands) that are descendants of plants I originally got from you at NPU. The Captain still has some others that got left behind in Chicago. (Including an incredibly weird plant that I have no idea what it is.)

Most of my other plants are either descendants or the same plants that I had in my dorm room 10 years ago. They might just outlive me. Does a pothos vine have a live expectancy? If you keep making cuttings from the same organism, it could live forever I think.

Anyway... you're going to do great. Don't sweat it. Keep breathing.

I wish people on facebook would put their maiden names in their "info". I guess maybe some people don't want to, but sometimes when people friend me from 20 years ago I honestly can't figure out who they are. Sometimes high school yearbooks don't even help.

Yeah, insecta, don't psych yourself out. Get a good night's sleep, do whatever you need to do to let your anxiety go, and then work on whatever you feel like needs the most attention. You'll do fine!
