the thing that sticks out most in my mind is my classical guitar. It was a Christmas gift from my grandmother. I didn't know enough about classicals at the time to really gauge it's value, but i know it was handmade in Spain. I'm guessing a minimum of $700 purchase price, but it could have been more.I know who took it though. It was my roommate for a very short time when I lived across the street from Burgh hall. same apartment pedro and philbo lived in at one point - different roommate. She was crazy. She's probably the only person on the face of the planet that I would throw through a wall if I saw her again. I'm still that mad (it was a long story).

lost: a bunch of data on a hard drive... it's most of my college career, including the articles I wrote for the school paper, all my (terrible) papers, and the archives of my mid-90s web pages including Nerth Pork. I still have the hard drive, but every year the cost of recovering it simply climbs and it was already prohibitive. Yet I can't throw it away. Maybe when I'm older I'll be able to hand to to a robot who will just be able to read the data off it with x-ray vision.Maybe not.
